Current Openings
Magpie Games is currently seeking a full-time (40 hrs/week) Retail Sales and Marketing Manager. Must be Albuquerque based or willing to relocate. Retail Sales and Marketing Manager duties include:
- managing our relationships with established distribution and retail partners, including overseeing our new retailer support program that launched in Q1 2025
- directly overseeing our retail Shopify webstore, including crafting strategy for product launches, preorder campaigns, partnership campaigns, and seasonal sales
- working closely with our operations team to ensure correct stocking and billing for all retail and distribution products, as well as maintaining our Shopify retail portal
- designing our strategy for email engagement via our 100,000 subscriber Mailchimp list, including supporting Kickstarter campaigns and other business partnerships
An ideal applicant would have significant tabletop roleplaying game experience, preferably with work experience in the hobby trade industry with a publisher or retail store. We also strongly prefer applicants who have extensive experience with e-commerce as this role requires an advanced understanding of our Shopify webstore as a sales channel.
